Redding – Color Run | Gnarly Neon 5K

Redding’s funnest 5k is a run for all speeds and ages. Runners rock out to live bands while being showered in neon colors, finishing up at the Gnarly Neon after party.

Packet pick-up: Sports LTD – 950 Hilltop Drive, Redding. Thursday & Friday between 3pm – 7pm.

Location: Turtle Bay Exploration Park, Redding

The DJ gets the party started at 9am when runners, walkers, skippers, and hoppers will leave every 15 minutes. Gnarly Neon sunglasses will be handed out to all participants prior to the run, and crazy costumes are not only welcome, they are encouraged! Runners will rock out to awesome beats while getting showered in colorful chaos throughout the course.

We have been working very closely with the City of Redding to make sure you have a fun filled day promoting health living and wellness. We have negotiated discounts at many local hotels for anyone who participates in the Gnarly Neon 5k!

Registering for a race is easy. Simply click the Register button. To maximize the amount of fun we suggest you invite all of your friends and family to join you. Remember, groups of 4 or more get $5 off. You can also create a team, or join one that is already participating. Kids under 12 are also welcome and will qualify for a discounted price.

After the Gnarly Neon 5k, step over to the Turtle Bay Exploration Park where the Museum will have discounted tickets! Also don’t forget to hop or skip over to the convention center where you will get free admission to the Health, Leisure and Wellness Expo starting at 10am. From there you can catch the RABA to the Shasta Living Streets Family Bicycle Day (also free, no bicycle necessary).
